Do you provide staging services?

Yes — and it’s completely complimentary for our clients. Christie handles all staging herself, and brings everything needed to help your home look its absolute best.

Do you help find off-market or coming-soon properties?

We do! Thanks to Derrick’s deep network and long-standing Calgary connections, we often learn about homes before they hit the market, and share those opportunities with our clients.

This is one of the great advantages to working with us – we can help you find that hidden gem before anyone else gets their eyes on it.

Do you handle everything for the sale — photos, floorplans, marketing, etc.?

Absolutely. We coordinate photography, drone shots, floorplans, measurements, MLS copywriting, social media, and targeted marketing.

Which areas of Calgary do you specialize in?

We work across the entire city, but much of our experience is in Southwest Calgary and higher-end residential homes. We work extensively in Elbow Park, Roxboro, Rideau, Upper Mount Royal, South Calgary, Garrison Woods, Altadore, Mission, and Britannia.

That said, we help clients in every quadrant of Calgary, and at every stage of life. We also have a great deal of experience in the surrounding communities – Cochrane, Okotoks, and Rockyview County.

Do you help out-of-province buyers or clients who can’t attend showings?

Yes. We regularly tour homes on behalf of clients, provide detailed notes and videos, and help you get a true feel for the property and neighbourhood - even from a distance.

We do. We’ve built a network of reliable professionals we trust and use ourselves. When you need someone, we connect you with the right fit and ensure the handoff is smooth.

Do you work with trusted mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers, and contractors?

Of course. Many clients come to us months (or even years) before they plan to buy or sell. We’re happy to offer guidance, staging advice, and market insight whenever you need it — no pressure, no timelines, just support.
